We offer information and practical support. This includes:

• A register of private landlords and supported housing providors
• Introductions arranged between potential landlord and resident
• Additional help to assist you in maintaining your tenancy
• All properties have been visited and landlords assessed
• Information on housing and other benefits
• Information on availability of deposits and rent in advance

Currently we see over 500 people per year. We cannot guarantee an offer of accommodation.

We accept referrals from a number of agencies, including:

• General housing
• Adult Social Services
• Youth Social Services
• Community Mental Health team
• Poole College
• Citizens Advice Bureau

If you wish to make a referral please complete the PASS Referal Form.
